Customisation  

Can I change the size or modify the pool? 

The SwimNow Aus. collection is available in three sizes, three colour options, and three different designs. 

How deep are your pools? 

Each pool is 1.36m in depth. The measurements for the Admiral 6, Daydream 5 & Gem 4 are all specified on the pool product page located on the website, please click here to go to product page. 

What is the internal finish of the pool? 

High quality fibreglass interior, made by world-renowned fibreglass pool manufacturer. No need to replace or reline the interior surface, just keep your water balanced. (no concrete or tiles to maintain and no liners to replace). 

Can I heat the SwimNow Aus Pools?  

Yes, all SwimNow Aus pools come equipped with provisional plumbing, allowing for the easy installation of an electric heat pump solution, either at the time of purchase or at any point in the future. 

Pricing 

Is the advertised price fully installed? 

The advertised price is for the SwimNow Aus product is the pool ready to be used and enjoyed.  *Standard equipment package includes: Single Speed Pump, Cartridge Filter, Salt/Mineral Chlorinator, Light with Transformer, Heating Provision Installed (Heat Pump can be fitted retrospectively), Skimmer Box, Wall Mounted Hydrostatic Outlet Relief Valve. Excludes: Cladding & coping boards, additional equipment options, permits, certification, delivery, crane and installation. 

Installation  

Does SwimNow install the pool? 

SwimNow have not factored into the pricing installation of the pools. We guide our clients through the installation process with the information package. The install is organised ultimately by the client using their preferred builder or local landscaper, depending on your site requirements and specific application.  

Can these pools be installed in-ground? 

Yes.  

Do I need council approval? 

Certification/council approval is required for any pool in Australia. Documentation differs from state to state, SwimNow will provide the required documentation and assist you with any questions surrounding this process.  

Do you look after certification and approvals? 

No, we do however have options available to assist clients with the complete process. 

Can I get somebody to look at my property and go through the process with me? 

To make the pool more affordable, SwimNow Aus is direct from manufacturer to customer. We recommend connecting with your local landscaper or builder to evaluate your property with a site visit. We happy to work with your chosen contractor to assist with the process. 

Do you need to fence around these pools? 

Yes.  

How far off my boundary does my pool have to be? 

Boundary requirements will need to be discussed with your local Council as this will vary depending on your site and location conditions. 

Can it go on a sloping block or raised site? 

Yes.  

Can the pool bear weight like a deck or fence? 

Yes 

What power supply do I need for these pools? 

This is determined by the equipment installed with the pool. With most of the pools the power required is single phase 10amp power. However, with the Spanet system because they use a heating element, they require 15amp power.

Do you have a showroom? 

No. We are in planning for 2025 events and locations, stay tuned and sign up for our event calendar notifications.  

Warranty

What warranty comes with the pool? 

All SwimNow Aus Pools come with a 25 year structural warranty and a 5 year cosmetic warranty.

Do you sell pool covers? 

Yes. For all pool cover and covering requirements, please consult one of our friendly team.

Do you sell a ladder to get into the pool?                                                                                                

No, however they can be purchased from any pool shop around Australia.
