  1. Refundable Initial Deposit T&C's

1.1. We offer this deposits for our clients to get finance, permits and certification in order before the pool goes into production. 

1.2 SwimNow Aus has a $500 initial deposit that is expires within 3 months of deposit date (this can be extended if both parties accept) and fully refundable should your building permits, finance, certification not be accepted. 

1.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  1. Quotation T&C’s

1.1. SwimNow Aus has prepared this quotation based on information supplied by the client with regards to their situation.  

1.2. All prices are prepared based on a best estimation at time of submission taking into account information supplied by the client. Should this be found to be inaccurate, or circumstances change, SwimNow Aus will prepare a new quote with the new information supplied.  

1.3. All prices given on this quote are correct at the time of writing but may be subject to future change due to external factors such as cost of supply.  

1.4. All quoted prices are valid only up until the expiry date given on the quote. Acceptance of this quotation automatically signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out here and indicates an agreement between SwimNow Aus and client.  

1.5. Only the products described in the quotation are included within the price given. Any other extra services outside of the scope of the quote given will be chargeable. Any service that falls outside of the remit of this quotation must first be agreed with a price and signed by both parties before it may go ahead.

Freight

1.1 Freight pricing is subject to pool delivery address. 

1.2 Once the pool payment has been processed in full, lead time for the production of the SwimNow units is approx. 8 weeks.

1.3 Pricing of freight is subject to delivery details, if you are located within 75km distance of the Yatala office there is a set pricing available should you choose to proceed with getting a quote sent through.
